1. Acceptance
By accessing TempMail you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and disclaimer. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
2. The service
TempMail provides public, real Gmail inboxes for receiving verification codes (OTPs) and similar transactional mail. Inboxes are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee delivery, uptime, or the durability of any message beyond 5 minutes.
3. Prohibited uses
You must not use the service to:
- Commit fraud, identity theft, phishing, scams, or any unlawful activity.
- Evade bans, blocks, or account restrictions you are lawfully subject to.
- Sell, resell, or broker access to the inboxes or content.
- Automate abusive volumes of signups or overwhelm the infrastructure.
- Post, link, or transmit illegal content into the public inboxes.
- Impersonate TempMail, Google, or any person or brand.
4. Public nature of mail
Anything sent to a public temp Gmail is readable by any visitor until it is purged (within 5 minutes). Never use these inboxes for confidential, financial, medical, or identity-bearing communications. You are solely responsible for what you receive and share.
5. Acceptable volumes
Reasonable personal use is free. API automation is rate-limited. If your usage degrades the service for others, we may throttle or block your access without notice.
6. Intellectual property
Our UI, code, brand, and original content are protected by copyright. You may not clone, rebrand, or re-publish them without written permission.
7. Liability limitation
TempMail is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including missed OTPs, account lockouts, or third-party actions against accounts registered with our inboxes.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts, rotate inboxes, or discontinue features at any time. You may stop using the service at any time — there is nothing to cancel.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by applicable law in our place of operation. Questions? Contact us via the contact page.
